Three piece parlor set, 45” loveseat & two chairs. Signed Karpen, Chicago. Very unusual style as it incorporates Edwardian, Art Nouveau & Chippendale styles, made c1910. Mahogany with winged bird decorations and clean ready to go upholstery.
Furniture shipping is blanket wrapped anywhere in continental US , insurance coverage is extra and dependant upon coverage amount. Massachusetts tax of 6.25% is only applicable on in state purchases, out of state shipping there is no tax collected. We also offer northeast deliver services which could be less than our national shipper.

Rosewood armchair with original gilt highlights
c1870 American Victorian parlor chair. High style but of unknown make, quality piece that I’d consider to be made in Philadelphia or New York. Beautifully carved chair retains original gilt highlights. Top of post is approx 40” high, chair is 27” widest spot, 25” deep and seat height is 18”. Has an older gold crushed velvet upholstery which is in good enough condition to put into home. We do offer full upholstery services. Shipping listed is for greyhound, this can be shipped through our antique shipper, freight company, northeast deliveries by us or picked up at shop.

Fine applied carving on this c1900 American side by side secretary desk. Top has oval bevelled mirror, stands approx 6’ tall, 40” wide. The bookcase side has four adjustable shelves, original glass door with applied and router carvings. The desk side has a glass faced curio door with drop front desk under it. Below the desk is a single drawer with a cupboard door underneath. Piece is made of birch with a mahogany stain.

Incredible Victorian mirror, approx 47x74”. Bevelled mirror with deep cut star designs. The gesso work is some of the finest we’ve seen. Jenny Lind head on top, fruit and scrolls throughout. Gilded highlights. No photos do this mirror justice! The shipping listed on this is an estimate to continental United States, we do have a crate ready for it.
